Description

Stuart Farrell was commissioned by Mr. J G Downie in April 2003 to undertake an archaeological watching brief at Garblies Farm, by Auldearn (NH 9320/5498) as part of a house development. Highland Council Archaeology Unit produced a specification for this work. Work revealed a small number of features including post-holes and a possible small corn-drying kiln or hearth. No further work has been proposed.
