A heavily robbed cairn was found during field investigation on the end of a spur. It is 8.5m diameter and survives as a grassy platform 0.3m high; two adjacent slabs of a retaining kerb can be seen in the west periphery. There is no sign of a cist but a depression, 2.5m diameter, east of the centre could be from an excavation.
Surveyed at 1:10,560. Visited by OS (J M) 20 February 1976.
