Full Description

A hut circle at Leathadbreac.

At NH 6258 9690 is a hut circle built up on a SE-facing slope. It measures about 9.0m in diameter between centres of a wall spread to 2.5m with no entrance evident. The SE arc is mutilated and a mound about 3.5m in diameter, possibly a clearance heap, abuts the edge of the platform in the same arc.
Contemporary cultivation is indicated by several stone clearance heaps in the immediate vicinity.
