Full Description
An axe of fine grain grey stone, 8.3ins long by 2.9ins in maximum width, from Ausdale (NC 627 956), near Bonar Bridge, is in Dunrobin Museum, possibly received in 1889 (Acc. No. 1889.1).

The axehead was catalogued during an inventory of Dunrobin Castle Museum's collection in 2019 by ARCH. Listed under Acc. No. 1889.1. It is on display in case 31, shelf C. <2>
