Visited by OS (JM) 4 December 1980.
A crofting township, comprising seventeen roofed buildings, one partially roofed building and one unroofed building, is depicted on 1st edition OS 6-inch map (Sutherland 1879, sheet civ). 10 roofed buildings, one partially roofed building and 4 unroofed buildings are shown current edition OS 1:10,000 map (1970).
