Full Description
Centred on NC 730 069, along the summit and east flank of a moorland ridge, is a scatter of stony heaps typical of hut circle-associated field clearance.
Visited by OS (J M) 8 April 1981.
There are scatters of small cairns (ROG95 937), measuring up to 5m in diameter and 0.4m in height, on a series of well-drained terraces on the ENE flank of Cnoc an Uachdair. A hut (ROG95 33, NC 7308 0694), measuring 3m from NE to SW by 2.6m transversely within a boulder bank 0.7m in thickness and 0.2m high, is situated on a terrace amongst cairns; the interior is slightly dished.
