(A: NC 7621 3347) Enclosure (NR). (B: NC 7633 3354) Hut Circle (NR).
OS 6"map, (1963)

There are two hut circles (A and B), found during field investigation (OS {EGC}), in the bottom slopes of a N-facing hillside, in association with a field system. The latter is well marked by a fairly even distribution of field clearance mounds, spaced on average 15-20.0m apart, over an area of about six hectares: measurable cultivation plots are not discernible. The huts generally are reduced and peat-covered. 'A', set into the slope and the better preserved, is 11.5 by 10.0m inside a wall of main spread 2.5m broadening to 4.0m at a clubbed entrance from the E on the line of the longer axis.
'B' is 7.0m diameter inside a wall spread to 2.0m broad. There is a simple entrance from the east.
Revised at 1:10,560.
Visited by OS (EGC) 18 May 1961 and (JM) 9 February 1977.
