(NC 8575 0791) Two Urns found AD 1871 (NAT)
OS 6"map, (1964)
A short distance to the east of the confluence of Allt nam Bonnach with Loch Brora two urns were found in 1871 and are (in 1872) in the museum attached to Dunrobin Castle.
Name Book 1872; J M Davidson 1940.
There is no mound or cairn at this spot. The two urns are still in Dunrobin Museum.
Visited by OS (J L D) 19 July 1961.
These two urns cannot be identified specifically in Dunrobin Museum. Visited by OS (N K B) 28 June 1976.
