The former township of Killin.

Carrall: shown as a group of about four buildings with arable.
Kulen: shown as a group of about four buildings. (Roy appears to have transposed these names as "Carroll" is shown on the E side of L Brora at Killin, and "Kulen" on the W side, near Carrol). <1>
Area centred NC 8572 0714. The area is, for the most part, covered in bracken and no building foundations were found.
There are several enclosures in the area, all of stone.
The enclosure at NC 8574 0713 is 9.0m diameter, 0.5m maximum height but having no apparent entrance.
The enclosure at NC 8571 0708 is 2.0m square and is 1.0m high on the SE side; it is situated on top of a small hill.
The enclosure at NC 8575 0715 is 0.8m high.
The area is bounded on the E and S sides by a stone and turf bank.
The area may be wrongly sited, as Carrol is on the W side of Loch Brora, see NC80NE 26.
Visited by OS (E G C) 16 July 1961.
Building foundations in several places are visible in vertical aerial photography, particuarly in those taken in 2020. <1>
