Full Description
An axe of fine-grain, greenish stone (possibly from Stake Pass), 3.5ins long by 2 ins across the cutting edge, from Badaneilein (probably Badnellan: NC 887 045), is in Dunrobin Museum, probably received in 1873 (Acc No 1873.2).

The axehead was catalogued during an inventory of Dunrobin Castle Museum's collection in 2019 by ARCH. Listed under Acc. No. 1873.2. It is on display in case 31, shelf D. <1>
