Full Description

NC75SW 37 7288 5427.

At NC 7288 5427, on a gentle W facing slope, is an ill-defined hut circle in association with a minor field system. The hut is about 9.5m diameter inside a much reduced, peat obscured wall; an entrance is no longer evident. The minor field system covers about 1ha, and comprises stone clearance heaps, spaced at closest 10m apart, and one or two lynchets. No measurable cultivation plots are discernible.
Surveyed at 1:10,000. Visited by OS (J M) 13 July 1977.
