Full Description

At NC7319 0730, on a moorland ridge, is a hut circle measuring 11.5 by 9.5m inside a wall reduced to a peat and grass-covered spread 2-2.5m broad and up to 0.3m high; the entrance is in the SE on the line of the main axis. There are occasional heaps of associated stone clearance in the vicinity.
Surveyed at 1:10 000. Visited by OS (J M) 8 April 1981.

This hut-circle is situated on a low, heather-covered ridge projecting from the NE flank of Cnoc an Uachdair. It measures 10.2m in diameter within a boulder-faced bank 1.2m in thickness and 0.3m in height. The entrance lies on the SE. A single small cairn, measuring about 3m in diameter, was located in the rank heather along the ridge to the SE of the hut-circle.
