(NC 7370 0906) Cist (NR) OS 1:10,000 map, (1970)

A cist, 3ft 8ins long, 2ft wide and 1ft 10ins deep, formed of four flat slabs, is exposed between two great, earth-fast boulders about 8ft apart, the longer of which is 15ft long. The cist does not appear to have been covered by a cairn.

The cist is as described. It is set into the top of a slight rise in the sides of which protrude three massive boulder-erratics to partially enclose the cist.
