Monumental inscription survey completed by A.S.Cowper & I.Ross.
The survey may not include inscription information after 1855 and each inscription transcribed does not give the full details that appear on the stones, abbreviations used. Some ommissions and inacuracies. Published 1992.

A walled enclosure 8.4m square and 1.3m high. Within is a grave slab erected by John and George Sutherland in memory of their mother, their grandmother, a sister and an uncle who all died in the period 14th to 17th November 1849. The cause of death was cholera. There have been no other interments.
