NC82NE 54 853 296.

At lease one building, an enclosure and a kiln-barn are situated on the SW bank of the River Helmsdale to the N of Cnoc Dail-chairn.

NC 8542 2959 This two-compartment building is situated on a flat well-drained knoll and measures 8.7m from NW to SE by 1.9m transversely within faced-rubble footings 0.4m in height and 0.4m thick. There is an entrance in the SW side of the NW compartment. There is an enclosure on the NE side and what may be a further building extending for at least 3.3m to the SE.

NC 8531 2964 This kiln-barn is situated on the NW side of a small un-named burn draining into the River Helmsdale. Overall, it measures 4.8m from NW to SE by 3.8m transversely and 0.4m in height. The bowl measures 1.6m in diameter and there is an entrance to the barn in the SW-facing wall.
