"St. Mary's Well" a spring of clear sparkling water is near the Castle of Skibo (and from the context is within the Castle Policies).
W Calder 1949.
St. Mary's Well may apply to the well shown on OS 25" plan at NH 7364 8913, but no information regarding the Well was found during enquiries at the Estate Office, Clashmore.
