NC 252 732. A possible promontory fort consisting of traces of a wall across the neck of a promontory.
Info contained in letter from T C Welsh, 10 August 1972.
NC 2512 7324. This is not a fort but a narrow promontory, containing no structures, which has been isolated by an early modern hefting dyke across it. The slight wall 11m long and about 1m wide is reduced to a course of rubble 0.3m high. There is no break in the wall. Visited by OS (N K B) 28 April 1980.
