(NC 5723 0275) Undescribed circular feature.
OS 1:10,000 map, (1970)

At NC 5723 0275 on a knoll in a pasture field is a reduced turf-covered, circular stone-walled hut-circle. The hut is about 12.0m internal diameter with an entrance in the SE. The wall in the NW arc is obscured by a later wall, now tumbled and overgrown, crossing at a tangent and in the NE the wall exterior and part of the infill has obviously been quarried out. Excepting an indicated width of 1.6m in the W arc, the remaining wall is an uncertain spread but some 2.0m broad on average. Contemporary field clearance may be shown by a close density of a dozen or so stony mounds about 200.0m to the SE.
Revised at 1:2500.
Visited by OS (J M) 31 August 1976.
