Full Description

Hut circle with enclosure stands in a clearing surrounded by an area of larch trees. It is relatively undamaged. The hut circle is c.14m N-S and c.18m E-W. There is a mound of stones beyond the entrance and a possible interior wall on the NE arc. The enclosing wall may be associated with the hut circle or it may be post medieval in date. Further structures may be present inside the enclosure.

A large hut circle found during field investigation. This may be the same site as NC50SE but cannot be certainly identified with it.
