A group of about a dozen mounds from 12ft to 18ft in diameter and about 3ft high.
RCAHMS 1911, visited 1909.

Small, grass-covered mounds which appear to be stone clearance heaps. Revised at 1/12500.
Visited by OS (W D J) 28 June 1963.

Centred at NC 600 070 are fifteen to twenty closely-grouped field clearance heaps; some 150.0m to the E further heaps occur about 20.0m apart spread over an area of one and a half hectares. No cultivation plots or hut circles are evident at either location.
