A small cairn of stones, very prominent. It has never opened.

This seems to be a field clearance heap, about 5.0m diameter and now much reduced, consisting of quite small stones and adjoining an old field wall. There are several similar heaps and field banks in the area. Visited by OS (R D L) 28 May 1963.
Modern field clearance - not an antiquity.
Visited by OS (R L) 2 October 1969.
