Full Description
'Old Windmill' marked on 1st edition 25" OS map c.1872. Associated with the adjacent quarry workings. By the second edition 25" OS map c.1905 the quarry had expanded but the windmill was retained. The windmill is possibly still marked (although not annotated) on the 5a edition 6" OS map c.1960 but is certainly gone by the time of the 5a edition 25" OS map c. 1968 <1>.
