Full Description

Lying amongst heavy heather overgrowth to the NE of a prominent grassy rise at about 60m OD is a well built single cell, twinning pen 1.5m in overall diameter. This twinning pen overlies the very degraded remains of a two cell structure which in turn seems to overlie a partly destroyed circular structure. The walls of the underlying circular structure are built of large boulders laid side by side. Only the single cell twinning pen is visible on first inspection, the heather overgrowth obscuring the earlier feature.
Visited 1991.
