Full Description

A brooch was unearthed from a vegetable plot at Upper Tote, North Rigg, the date is uncertain.
It was given to Mr DA Ross, Skye in 1987 and it was recommended that he take the brooch to Inverness Museum for immediate conservation so the eroded condition of it could be stabilised. The brooch is hand incised.
