Full Description
Scatter of retouched and waste flint, quartz and chert pieces, including a number of chert cores. Finds included probable blade flakes in quartz (a) and chert (b), a flint scraper ( c) and a chert bladelet core (d) of possible Mesolithic date (for illustration see Assoc Docs).

The lithic assemblage was submitted to Treasure Trove but disclaimed. They were acquired by Inverness Museum and are listed under Acc. Nos. 1991.016.002-034. Record forms for the lithics are kept in the museum's archive files. <1>
