Full Description

2 severely damaged stone cairns lie near the north edge of this field 80m SE of the fence corner at site 6. They survive to a height of c0.5m and some 2-3m in diameter. They are partly covered by soil. Their function is unknown though they may be stone clearance heaps. <1>

Note: Site not visible on aerial photographs so location based on grid coordinates. A golf couse now occupies the surrounding landscape. (TB 25/2/26)
