Full Description
A mid-C19 single storey gate lodge for Balavil House, possibly re-using an earlier cottage.
The building and its gatepiers were listed at Category C in 1979.
A photographic record of the building was produced by ABC Planning and Design in 2018 and submitted as a record of the existing condition, appearance and setting of the building prior to essential repairs, maintenance work and internal
renovations. <1>
