An early 19th-century building which is depicted on the 1st edition Ordnance Survey map c.1868 as the Dunbar Hotel. The building is of 5 bays and consists of two storeys and an attic. Further details are available in the listed building description. <1>
Photographs of the hotel were sent to the HER by Cairngorms National Park Authority who had requested them as a condition of planning consent for the conversion of part of the hotel to a house, and alterations & extensions to form 8 flats. <2>
