A late C18 2-storey irregular 4-bay house in Ardersier.
The building was added to the Statutory List in 1986
A rapid review of the Ardersier Conservation Area in 2014 by the Highland Council Historic Environment Team resulted in a recommendation to Historic Scotland to downgrade 15 and 15A High Street from Category B to C. <1>
The building was re-assessed by Historic Scotland in May 2014 with a decision to remove the building from the statutory list. <2>
The building was removed from the Statutory list in 2015. <3>
