Full Description

A field of at least one hundred heather-covered,peat mounds occupying an area of about 400 by 300m, on a ridge. They are circular and sub-circular, measuring 3 to 9m in diameter.
R J Mercer 1980.

General area deep-ploughed and planted with conifers. No recoverable trace of any mounds.
Visisted by OS 26 September 1981.
