NB in West Thurso Expansion area - HAW 2/2003

On a dry rise in damp ground, E of Linties Pool, there are the turf covered remains of a hut-circle. It is approximately 17.5m, E-W by 15.0m transversely overall, with an apparent entrance gap from the E. The wall is generally obscure, but is spread to 3 to 4m wide by 0.2 to 0.3m high, with the occasional stone discernable in the turf.
