Lying immediately to the south side of the present ascent path, on a low grassy mound, are the robbed remains of a stone and turf structure. The visible remains, which are sub-rectangular in plan with well rounded ends, lie on an east-west alignment and measure 8m by 5m over walls 1m wide. No door openings are visible due to the poor condition of the structure. <2>
