Longhouse farm (ND 1422 5555), comprising;
A: Longhouse. Dimensions: 28.5 x 5m. Rectangular structure0.7m high divided into three units. Orientation NW-SE.
B: Longhouse. Dimensions: 22 x 5.5m. rectangular bipartite structure with a low animal door in the NE unit. Built at right angles to and 1.5m SE of A. Orientation NE-SW.
C: Outhouses. A series of three outhouses, all 4 x 5m to the SW of A.
D: Pond. Dimensions: 13.5 x 13m. Subcircular feature defined by a surrounding bank, marshy in the centre.

A farmstead comprising three roofed buildings, two unroofed structures and an enclosure is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1876, sheet xvii). Two unroofed buildings are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10560 map (1970).
