A farmstead comprising three unroofed buildings and an enclosure, and a head-dyke are depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Sutherland 1879, sheet xcvii). Three unroofed buildings, some field walls and a head-dyke are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1970).

This farmstead was recorded during walkover survey undertaken in September 2009. This comprised a building with kale yard, and two enclosures. These are all shown on current Ordnance Survey mapping. A longhouse, clearance cairn and boundary dyke, not shown by the OS were also recorded. <1>
