A small enclosure attached to the remains of a larger enclosure is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Sutherland 1879, sheet xcvi). Part of an enclosure is shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1970).
Information from RCAHMS (SAH) 9 November 1995
This is clearly the remains of a farmstead comprising at least two buildings (more than half of the area is still covered by forestry), a small enclosure and a larger one. They are especially clear and visible on on vertical aerial photographs taken in 2020. <1>
