Full Description

Mound, Scouthal Cairn. Diameter: 10m. Grass-covered mound clearly visible against skyline but with no evident structural detail.

This grass-covered cairn, standing on the summit of a ridge, measures 30 to 32ft in diameter and 3.5 -4ft in height. It was opened by Sir Francis Tress Barry, but nothing was found.
