What may be a township, comprising three roofed buildings, one unroofed building, two enclosures, a kiln and a head-dyke is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Ross-shire & Cromartyshire 1881, sheet lxiv). Two roofed buildings and one unroofed structure are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1992).
