A township comprising four unroofed buildings, one of which is a long building, and two enclosures is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1877, sheet xlii). Three unroofed buildings and two enclosures are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10560 map (1964).
