A crofting township comprising thirty roofed and four unroofed buildings, cultivated areas, both enclosed and laid out in strips, and a partial head-dyke, is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Sutherland 1879, sheet lxxix). Seventeen roofed and three unroofed buildings, field walls and a partial head-dyke are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10560 map (1964).
