A monument to Lady Caroline MacKenzie who was killed in accordance to a prophesy by the Brahan Seer, 200 years before. For text of interpretative panel present, see Hlink Panel Photo.

An archaeological survey was undertaken in 2003 by Dagg. C, in advance of water mains renewal. Seaforth Monument at NH 4954 5481, NMRS no. NH45SE 17. Octagonal stone memorial to Caroline MacKenzie of Brahan, dated 1823. Originally occupying a prominent location at the west entrance to the Brahan Estate, now overshadowed by the modern road. The proposed pipeline work crosses the A835 east of the monument and comes within 10m of the feature. <1>
