On level ground is a circular stone-walled hut measuring 12m between the centres of a peat-covered wall spread to about 4m all round. The simple entrance is in E. Within the hut is a smaller circular structure measuring 8m diameter between centres of a peat-covered wall spread to about 2.5m which has utilised same entrance. It is uncertain whether this is one complex structure or if it is just a small hut placed within ruins of a larger one. There is no trace of contemporary cultivation.
Surveyed at 1/2500. Visited by OS (I S S) 14 March 1972.
