House marked on 1st ed OS. Still in use.
Stands on a prominent knoll above the stream with estate buildings and cottages on E side. 1831 estate map by N Maclean on the wall (post improvement).
The estate belonged to Maclean of ………..a major improver (Wrote the Agric account of the Co of Ross) - HAW 8/2004
