ND25SE 5 2576 5472.
Cist found 1830 (NAT) OS 1:10,000 map, (1975)
A cist containing human remains was exposed by river erosion. It was removed and buried in an adjoining field.
Name Book 1871.
No further info was obtained during field investigation. The find spot is on a steep earth bank exposed by river erosion.
Visited by OS (W D J) 25 April 1963.
