Full Description
A cairnfield, of unknown period, comprising about twelve, mostly circular (one is crescentic), grass-covered mounds, averaging 2 by 1.5 by 0.5m, spread over an area about 60 by 40m.
C Batey 1982.
These mounds are probably dumped stone clearance from associated land-use, in the 18th or 19th century.
