What may be two unroofed shieling-huts are depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Ross-shire and Cromartyshire 1881, sheet lxxiv). The hut to the SW is shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1989). Due to the damming of Loch Luichart part of this site is now under water.
