Full Description
Two shielings 0.3m high, accompanied by small mounds. The more westerly is sub-rectangular, 20m N-S by 15m across and covered with rough grass. The other is sub-circular, 7m each way and covered with moss and grass. R J Mercer 1980.
Destroyed by afforestation.
Visited by OS 17 March 1982.
Note - see MGH55999 for small mounds 50 metres north west - may be those referred to in the Mercer survey. (T.Blackie 26/10/21)
