Full Description
The north of two watercourses draining from Dale Dam is likely to have been deliberately cut as a mill lade to serve Dale Farm. The 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1876, sheet xvii) depicts sluices at ND 1372 5360 and ND 1361 5349. <1>
