Pict's House (NR) (site of) OS 6" map, Caithness, 1st ed., (1871)
'A Pictish dwelling stood here, but on improvement of the land it was totally removed; the spot, however, on which it stood may be distinguished from the appearance of its soil which is of a sandy nature.'
Name Book 1871.
The site falls in a field. There is no trace of any structure here. Visited by OS (J M) 23 November 1982.
