Two unroofed buildings are depicted on the 1st editon of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire 1875, sheet xix) and on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1976).
Information from RCAHMS (SAH) 17 June 1996
This site was inluded in a walkover survey of Dirr Wood by members of the North of Scotland Archaeological Society in April 2013. The building was described as measuring 6m x 3.5m internally with remaining walls standing up to to 0.25m in height [Feature number AC/F161]. <1>
