A farmstead comprising one unroofed, two roofed buildings and an enclosure is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Nairnshire 1871-4-6, sheet vi). Two roofed buildings, one of which forms three sides round a courtyard, and two enclosures are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1982).
